Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Standard rates - payment terms:

 

30% of the total amount of the stay will be debited when booking, either by bank transfer or by credit card. The credit card number is then necessary for the reservation and must be communicated to us by phone or email.

The amount of the deposit will be debited with our bank terminal by VAD (Distance Selling) by confirming your reservation you accept that we charge your bank card by us no dispute can be claimed.

 

By confirming your reservation, you accept our general conditions of sale.

 

The balance must be paid on arrival.

 

Accepted payment :

• Bank card

• Cash

• Bank transfer

Tax to be added to the price of the room:

• Tourist tax: € 0.77 per adult per night will be paid locally in cash.

 

Terms of cancelation :

In the event of cancellation on D-8 of your arrival, the total amount of the stay will be due. We will make a sale via VAD (Distance Selling).

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these conditions, and after the failure of an attempt to reach an amicable settlement to which the parties agree, the latter will assign jurisdiction to the competent courts of Paris .
